Senior Associate-FP&A Strategy

Greenwich, CT

Responsibilities

 

  • Build and maintain flexible and dynamic financial models
  • Understand model mechanics and levers
  • Develop sensitivities for various measures to assess multiple scenarios
  • Summarize model results into big-picture take-aways
  • Present output to senior management periodically
  • Support other core Finance projects as needed
  • Collaborate with FP&A team in activities related to baseline projections and quarter close

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • At least 6-8 years of experience in the financial services or professional services industry
  • Corporate Finance, CFA, Consulting, or Audit background
  • Preferred to have experience with alternative assets
  • Proven hands-on financial modeling capabilities
  • Self-driven, able to multi-task, and change direction in short notice
  • Advanced or Expert Excel and Powerpoint skills
