Responsibilities

 

  • Transform business objectives and functional requirements into technical Salesforce solutions
  • Interface with end user and to understand feature requirements and/or address support issues, and work collaboratively with our
  • business process owner teams on more complex requests & issues
  • Manage profiles, roles and security within the Salesforce instance.
  • Maintain & Enhance visual layouts, workflow rules and business logic to enhance business processes and improve user experience
  • Migrate data from our existing systems into our Salesforce database.
  • Lead and maintain data integrations with 3rd party software used across the business
  • Create documentation, maintaining standardization and looking for ways to continuously improve processes & procedures
  • Develop, launch, and manage in-depth dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual levels in conjunction with the business process owners.
  • Work with Salesforce.com support to troubleshoot issues and maintain smooth operation and performance of the platform
  • Remain current on Salesforce.com best practices and technologies and advise on these practices for Salesforce based solutions
  • Act as subject-matter expert for Salesforce and seek out ways to utilize CRM to improve processes and productivity and make recommendations to support a program scaling at a rapid pace.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Three (3) – Five (5) years’ experience as a SFDC Administrator.
  • BS in computer Science preferred.
  • Exceptional technical and functional proficiency in Salesforce administrative tasks including, and not limited to: Profiles, roles, security, workflows, validation rules, approvals, advances formulas, custom objects, reports and dashboards
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce API’s.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to write technical and non-technical documentation.
  • Organized and able to track/report on multiple tasks.
  • Experience with agile development process and system development life cycle is a plus.
  • General knowledge of programing practices and languages including PHP, PowerShell, SQL etc.. a plus
  • Certification(s) in Agile, scrum, or other software development practices, a plus.
