Serves as point of contact for level 1 user queries, DST Sales Connect team, and other CRM vendors
Accomplish data integrity by observing ETL methods, error resolution and tracking, modifying data as necessary
Project manage new CRM development, lead and coach users on new development, manage the change control process
Provide accurate reporting and analysis for the Sales and Marketing departments, including executive reporting of sales and marketing results, key metrics and KPIs, campaign tracking and analysis, and ad hoc strategic analysis.
Implement and manage reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com ensuring sales reps and leaders have access to key data required to successfully manage the business.
Track and analyze key metrics and present (Word, PPT or Excel) findings using chart, tables, graphs to visualize the data analysis
Prepare presentations depicting sales analysis, marketing campaigns results and achievements using data extracted from our CRM
Recommend revisions to existing sales/activity reports as the business evolves, and support the development of new reporting tools as needed.
4-6 years in a Business Analyst or similar role
Sales Force Lightning Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or related degree preferred
Ability to perform SalesForce.com administrative functions is a plus
Excellent Excel & PowerPoint are required
