Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

 

  • Provides office services by coordinating office operations and procedures, managing correspondence, maintaining filing systems, reviewing and approving supply requisitions, and assigning and monitoring clerical functions
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records
  • Maintains sales efficiency by planning and implementing sales systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
  • Implements company policies by establishing standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports, summarizing information, identifying trends
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results and reaching out to potential new clients through cold calling and email

 

Requirements

 

  • BA highly preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience in CPG industry
  • Sales experience preferred
  • Familiar with Sales operations and protocol
  • Excellent organizational and management techniques
  • Successful experiences in both a large corporate setting and a high-growth or entrepreneurial environment
