Returns Specialist

Boston, MA



  • Manage RMA (Return Material Authorization) requests, engaging with our vendors, sales staff and customers to make sure items approved on a RMA are returned and credit issued to the company from our vendors.
  • Take ownership of the RMA process.
  • Research outstanding AP invoice liabilities that our billing team cannot receive against a purchase order.




  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Previous customer service or relevant experience preferred.
  • Must have superior oral and written communication skills.
