  • Managing multiple calendars and schedules
  • Coordinating & scheduling meetings, sell side and industry conferences, as well as coordinating multi-itinerary travel logistics
  • Managing contacts via Outlook and SLX
  • Database maintenance for broker vote and compliance
  • Source research reports
  • Completing multiple expense reports
  • Additional project based work











  • Bachelors degree required
  • 3+ years of experience, preferably in finance supporting team of investment professionals
  • Proactive and takes initiative; anticipates needs of the team
  • Strong travel coordination experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
