Recruiting Coordinator

Responsibilities

 

  • Calendar interviews for applicants within an array of business units. Generate and dispense interview schedules and resources, welcome and converse with candidates, reserve conference rooms, and be the point of contact concerning interview scheduling.
  • Make us of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal records to maintain candidates’ profiles, feedback, interview schedules, and communication as well as assist with the onboarding process as needed.
  • Support candidate debriefs by capturing the feedback of the interviewing team and inputting the feedback into the ATS.
  • Post open positions on various websites, social media outlets, and job boards.
  • Assist in the new hire on-boarding process including sending Welcome emails, distributing background checks, and organizing orientation schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the employment brand to create an overall positive candidate experience.
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, data entry, and calendar maintenance.

 

Requirements

 

  • BA/BS with 1-3 years of experience in a business setting; HR/recruiting familiarity a plus.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience with Taleo and Workday a plus.
