Recruiting Coordinator

Boston, MA



  • Schedule interviews for candidates within an assortment of business units. Generate and distribute interview schedules and materials, meet and wrap with candidates, reserve conference rooms, and be the point of contact regarding interview scheduling.
  • Make use of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal records to maintain candidates’ profiles, feedback, interview schedules, and communication as well as help with the onboarding process as needed.
  • Assist in candidate debriefs by capturing the feedback of the interviewing team and inputting the feedback into the ATS.
  • Post open positions on various websites, social media outlets, and job boards.
  • Assist in the new hire on-boarding process including sending Welcome emails, distributing background checks, and organizing orientation schedules.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the employment brand to create an overall positive candidate experience.
  • Perform a variety of clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, data entry, and calendar maintenance.
  • Take part in special projects for the Recruiting and HR team as need be.




  • BA/BS with 1-3 years of experience in a corporate setting; HR/recruiting experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize while keeping excellent organization and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Highly motivated and the ability to reprioritize when necessary.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion with sensitive information.
  • Working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Experience with Taleo and Workday a plus.
