Recruiting Assistant

Responsibilities

 

  • Complete secretarial and logistic actions that support the Talent Acquisition role essential to meet the company’s recruitment strategy and meet present, probable, and upcoming staffing requirements
  • Support the requisition process through the opening and closing of each position, scheduling of interviews, creation of interview agendas with the objective of enhancing candidate experience
  • Maintain Application Tracking System (ATS) and ensure accurate record keeping of all required requisition, recruiting and data analysis reports
  • Post and remove postings from job boards and various professional websites
  • Coordinate travel for candidates and employees
  • Assist with coordination of company events
  • Provide administrative support where needed that will include filing, scanning, copying, and collating

 

Requirements

 

  • 1+ year of relevant experience, HR or recruiting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of Taleo is a plus
