Receptionist

Our client is a premier national CPA firm that is located in Essex County, NJ with a team of more than 1000 professionals. For more than 50 years they provided an extensive range of professional services to well know business partners across various industries. In addition to traditional accounting, assurance and tax planning and preparation, their professional services include mergers and acquisition planning, family office services, forensic accounting, business valuation and litigation support. They are now looking to add a Receptionist to their team.

 

Responsibilities 

 

  • Answering a multi-line switchboard, screening and directing calls
  • Relaying messages
  • Providing information to callers
  • Greeting persons entering organization
  • Monitoring visitor access and maintain security awareness
  • Providing general administrative and clerical support
  • Prepping correspondence and documents
  • Organizing conference and meeting room bookings
  • Co-ordinating meetings and organize catering
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment
  • Controlling inventory relevant to reception area

 

Requirements

 

  • 3+ years’ experience
  • Degree preferred but will consider strong experience
  • Professional services industry experience
  • Strong verbal & written communication experience
