  • Welcome all visitors, guests, vendors & employees in a pleasant, professional manner
  • Greet all interview candidates; seat/settle in assigned conference room; let interviewers know candidate has arrived
  • Prep/maintain weekly visitor logs; reserve needed seats/conference rooms in Outlook and mark with “Reserved” signage; input all visitors into Building Security system; update these items throughout the week as needed
  • Intake of mail, all packages from vendors; distribute as needed
  • Prep packages for sending out through UPS, US Postal Service
  • Coordinate and place supply order with office supply vendor
  • Assist with stocking, upkeep of pantries & copy rooms on floor 10
  • Assist with ordering of food for meetings; overseeing set-up & clean-up as needed
  • Assist with preparation/outfitting of new employee workstations for their Day One arrival
  • Report routine office janitorial or maintenance requests to Building Management through Building Engines system
  • Support members of Operations team leadership with travel booking and expenses
  • Provide support to EEAC (Employee Engagement Advisory Committee) for office events, activities




  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or bachelor’s degree in preferred
  • Experience in a professional corporate environment highly preferred
  • Must have proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
