Our client, an investment services firm that focuses on the healthcare industry is seeking a Receptionist to come on board as a true Temp to Perm in midtown Manhattan!




  • Meet and greet guests
  • Phone handling/transferring of switchboard
  • Coordinate conference room schedules
  • Maintain a clean reception and kitchen area, be proactive on stocking inventory
  • Light travel coordination
  • Light expenses for Senior Associates and VPs




  • At least one year of experience within a corporate environment
  • Proficient in MS Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Exposure to Concur & Expensify preferred but not required, will train!
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
