We are proud to be representing a £1B+ global retail brand with 300 stores worldwide. The company is headquartered in Dublin and expanded in the northeast US Market last year. The brand is looking for a real estate manager to fulfill their real estate strategy as they open new stores across the US, with a focus on the Midwest.

Responsibilities

• Multinational fashion retailer with $2.23B in annual sales
• Simple business model that allows them to sell high-quality, low-price product
• 6 stores operating in the US with 4 in the pipeline
• Identify, assess, and negotiate new store locations
• Create relationships with landlords, brokers, and developers to ensure the company has first access to new store openings
• Work closely with the firm’s project managers on store design, construction, and operation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Real Estate, Business, or related field, from top university
• 5+ years of real estate experience, experience with mall negotiations preferred
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
