Purchasing Associate

Burlington County

Responsibilities

 

  • Organize purchase orders and purchase requisitions in order to order materials and supplies
  • Send purchase orders to the suppliers
  • Review inventory and ensure materials are properly stocked
  • Communicate with suppliers on a daily basis
  • Review deliveries received against what was ordered
  • Track the status of purchases
  • Troubleshoot any issues related to purchases made
  • Ensure that invoices are sent to be paid
  • Provide reports to management

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • High school degree required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred
  • Excellent customer services and communication skills
  • Prior experience working with suppliers preferred
