  • Principal point of contact for tenants with responsibility for planning/coordinating delivery of services
  • Evaluate building operations to enhance efficiency as it relates to cost effectiveness
  • Prepare annual budget for each property focusing on operating and capital expenditures
  • General property repair maintenance issues, as required
  • 3-5 years’ experience in real estate, property and/or project management/operations
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
