We are representing a unique opportunity with a well-respected General Contractor in the Philadelphia area. Our client is looking for a Project Executive with experience in Healthcare and Life Science construction to accelerate growth in both markets for the firm.

Responsibilities

• Desire to take total ownership and run an initiative
• Opportunity to build an entire team of Estimators, Project Engineers, APM’s, PM’s, as you see fit, for success
• Demonstrated relationships in the Healthcare, Life Science, Pharmaceutical markets
• Comfortable presenting and sitting in on Owner’s meetings
• Ability to attend networking events outside of normal business hours

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience with at least 5 in a Senior leadership role
• Significant project experience in Healthcare, Life Science, and/or Pharmaceutical
• Strong client facing skills
• Established relationships with clients in specified markets
• Experience leading, building and mentoring project teams with demonstrated success
