- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a payroll manager in a corporate environment; Workday experience is REQUIRED
- A proven leader with an analytical mind, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills, and an effective communicator
