Payroll Manager

Responsibilities

 

  • Oversee entire company’s payroll process
  • Complete US processing of bi-weekly and semi-monthly US payrolls
  • Assist with completion of international payroll
  • Review all transactions for payroll
  • Process year-end payroll and complete all W-2 paperwork
  • Work with finance and accounting teams on any necessary payroll forms
  • Be main point of contact for all payroll issues for employees
  • Respond to all questions from staff
  • Manage payroll staff

 

 

 

Requirements 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • At least 5 years in a payroll setting
  • Experience managing professionals in payroll and entire payroll process
  • International experience an added bonus
  • Knowledge of federal, state and local wage and hour laws
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office especially with Excel
  • Experience with Workday
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
