We are representing a Payroll Accountant opportunity with a healthcare company in Montgomery County, PA.

 

Responsibilities

  • A company and team filled with innovators on the cutting edge of offering to the public key and changing healthcare equipment
  • Responsibilities include maintaining & reviewing payroll processing systems, providing General Ledger support, and preparing monthly bank reconciliations
  • A chance to get analysis exposure as well by assisting Accounting and Reporting Manager on specific projects and the annual audit
  • An opportunity to both work independently and in a team-oriented environment
  • Hybrid schedule

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Business Administration
  • 3+ years of payroll experience preferred
  • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes
  • Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Experience with ADP preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to keep information confidential
