Part Time Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide administrative support to the IR team and select Capital Markets personnel, working closely with senior marketers.
  • Field investor calls as well as responding to investor questions and requests.
  • Update SalesLogix database with investor info (contact information, meetings/notes).
  • Schedule meetings and calls and manage the IR calendar.
  • Manage travel for the New York team – prepare itineraries and assist with trip planning and follow up (e.g., expense reports).
  • Manage all IR documents and prepare for investor meetings – print and bind meeting materials and prepare meeting reports.
  • Coordinate website logins, watermark documents and assist with internal tracking and other ad hoc projects.

 

Requirements

 

  • 2+ years administrative experience with financial firm, preferably asset manager or allocator
  • Must have college degree with good GPA
  • Must be extremely organized with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong commitment to working as part of a team and providing excellent customer service
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment and be able to multi-task
