Operations Specialist

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage/Review and guarantee that all mailing jobs are accomplished correctly
  • Generate support tickets employing our internal Portal/Created cases using our CRM System
  • Manage mail program for bulk mailings
  • Troubleshoot mailroom equipment malfunctions
  • Create and maintain service request database showing frequency of services needed/maintenance performed on equipment
  • Assist with scanning of checks and other documents onto network drives
  • Manage support ticket bins/CRM Cases to process fulfillment requests.
  • Triage Email Boxes
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

 

  • At least two years in a mailroom or office environment. Preferably in a deadline driven environment
  • High School Degree or corresponding
  • Moderate experience with Microsoft Office 365 toolset, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Ability to navigate between multiple applications
