Role Overview:
Our client, a leading $49B+ independent credit asset manager, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their collaborative team in New York City. This is an incredible opportunity to be a part of a firm with over 20 years of successful growth.
Compensation: $150,000.00 – $170,000.00 + bonus
Location: New York City – Hybrid (4 days in-office)
Responsibilities of the Operations Manager include:
• Report directly to the Operations Director (with 9+ years at the firm) and oversee daily bank loan investment operations
• Manage and own critical processes while collaborating across teams
• Gain exposure to senior leadership in this high-visibility position
• Join a tight-knit 6-person operations team in a supportive environment
Qualifications of the Operations Manager include:
• 7-12 years of bank loan operations experience at a fund
• Deep working knowledge of ClearPar and WSO systems
• Organized self-starter able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
