Office Manager

Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and oversee all of the daily office operations, ie: vendor management/stocking supplies, event planning, liaising with building facilities on any issues
  • Manage and maintain the HR process and procedures for the entire company
  • Work with insurance companies to produce the necessary paperwork
  • Prepare all subcontractor contracts and forward them to vendors, following up to make sure they are returned in a timely matter
  • Reports to the COO

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • At least 4 years of administrative experience
  • HR certification or training
  • Must be detail oriented, proactive, with a “no task too big or too small” mentality
  • Must be able to handle different types of personalities
