Responsibilities

 

 

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and client visits
  • Answer and direct incoming calls from clients in a professional manner
  • Welcome and greet visitors to the office with a positive attitude
  • Calendar management
  • Assist with various clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and filing

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

 

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in the construction or commercial real estate industry
