Members Experience Associate

Responsibilities

 

  • First point of contact at the front desk for all members and guests
  • Onboard new members: activate and distribute keys, fobs, building access and member welcome packets
  • Assist with building operations, management, and daily maintenance
  • Tour the space with potential/new members, answer questions regarding the space and the community
  • Actively participate in the sales process with the Community/General Manager of the space
  • Greet people who come in for tours, track walk-ins, schedule tours, and send clear follow up emails
  • Curate and oversee all events and programming within the space, including assisting with set-up and breakdown, ordering food and beverages, event budget management and onsite assistance
  • Seek and collaborate with local businesses for partnership opportunities (i.e. tastings, lunch and learns)
  • Develop community initiatives designed to enhance member engagement
    Assist in end-to-end IT management and solutions (i.e. printing, network management, phones, etc.)
  • Manage conference room bookings and conference catering requests
  • Enhance the clients initiative by developing relationships with members
  • Assist the Community/General Manager in ensuring smooth operations of the space
  • Manage the office independently if Community/General Manager is out of office
  • Solve technical, operational or facilities related member issues
  • Mail service and package handling as needed
  • Identify issues for escalation to the General/Community Manager and document accordingly

 

Requirements

 

  • Hospitality experience highly preferred
  • Strong Admin experience
  • Some understanding of P&L reports, budgeting and expenses
  • Bachelor’s degree
