Marketing Specialist

  • Supports the development and implementation of new HCP advertising campaigns and initiatives throughout all digital channels.
  • Supervises and manages Digital Advertisement production from preliminary concept through scripting, storyboarding, production/development, and distribution.
  • Encapsulates scope of requirements and converts them into functional specifications, with support from internal teams or vendors.
  • Aids in the planning of proposals that consist of project description, budgets, schedules, functional specifications and wireframes (if available), scripts, designs of key screens and other supporting materials.
  • Working with internal teams and external vendors to guide key projects such as CRO and brand initiatives, helping to ensure marketing programs exceed HCP expectations.
  • Creating and distributing actionable reporting to ensure things such as whether digital spend is being used efficiently, which campaigns are performing the best, and where to use learnings from one channel to make improvements on others
  • Help to create, drive and manage the advertising and development of new advertising campaign
  • Support team to implement a portfolio of digital marketing programs to drive acquisition, conversion and retention
  • Work with wide range of partners across the organization to help drive marketing’s digital projects through the IT PMO process, internal approval process.
  • Partner with senior team members and manager to establish and evaluate metrics and performance benchmarks for all consumer marketing programs
  • Share successes with global marketing organization and aid where possible to translate US marketing successes for global consumption
  • Leverage technical skills to support website updates as needed, as well as implement and deploy email campaigns




  • No less than two years of pertinent experience
  • Comfortable working within CMS systems (Drupal, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).
  • Broad understanding of digital marketing programs such as SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, retargeting, among others
  • Awareness of digital marketing and the KPIs correlated to those channels
  • Has a proven track record of driving conversion through new and innovating marketing techniques
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally, specifically in areas of continuous improvement to achieve key business targets
  • Comfortable with assisting in managing agencies and using analytics to inform decision making
  • Has partnered with agencies to develop marketing communications and managed paid media campaigns, including media recommendations, creative development and implementation
