Marketing Coordinator

Atlantic Group is currently representing a specialized architectural firm that focuses on engineering, development, and construction technology that is in need of a Marketing Coordinator. The company is truly vertically integrated, and their development of construction software is now able to be marketed to other construction and architectural firms, which is a large aspect of what this Marketing Coordinator position will focus on. This is a great opportunity to get involved with a company that is expanding and finding positive ways to revolutionize their business model. Candidates who are asked to interview will need to supply examples of projects and marketing initiatives.




  • Oversee, plan, and manage all marketing based initiatives.
  • Manage marketing channels and system, which include earned, owned, and paid.
  • Work with the marketing team to create industry events, engage in public relations, develop proposals, and create relevant collateral.
  • Manage advertising on various platforms including company website, Google, Capterra, LinkedIn, and social media channels.
  • Oversee PR events, informational calls, and current/potential partner relationships.
  • Management of the in-house creative team, affiliated agencies and content writers




  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Writing, or comparable field.
  • 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally for a tech company or product.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to learn/apply knowledge quickly.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and design skills.
  • Possesses a strong work ethic, team mentality, and performance minded mentality.
