Marketing Assistant

Responsibilities

 

  • Assist in creating and maintaining PowerPoint presentations
  • Maintain monthly reports, graphs and charts
  • Order and track marketing supplies
  • Assist sales and operations teams as needed
  • Daily work in the CRM system- gather data, data entry and assist with territory reviews
  • Assist Sales and Marketing in creating marketing campaigns
  • Assist in marketing campaign calls to customers
  • Miscellaneous Administrative duties include; distribute daily mail, prepare marketing packages to be sent out, book travel, hotel rooms & meeting space when necessary, etc.

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 4 year degree
  • Previous marketing or marketing internship experience
  • Experience working in MS Office Suite; specifically Excel & PowerPoint
  • Previous experience with Microsoft Access a plus
  • Ability to successfully communicate with internal and external customers
