  • Carry out in-depth industry market research for various topics and target markets based on parameters provided by the management and research teams.
  • Ability to understand the products and services utilized by companies assigned for research as well as their supply and distribution chains if applicable.
  • Identify companies within a given market, utilizing mathematical and quantitative analysis of relevant factors; e.g., market share and revenue.
  • Use a structured approach to track progress of research to help build institutional knowledge across a variety of businesses, sectors, and markets.
  • Derive insights and draw relevant conclusions from historical data and research.
  • Support due diligence for potential new opportunities through detailed market research and analysis, as well as review of technology and financial modeling if required.
  • Prepare internal reports.
  • Work with other departments internally, such as the marketing team, to help apply research results to firm execution process.




  • 1-3 years of relevant professional work experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, (or other related research-focused majors) from a top university preferred
  • Highly proficient in usage of Excel required
  • Ability to clearly and concisely communicate key ideas, both verbally and in writing.
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
  • A history of high achievement, as demonstrated through academic performance and previous work preferred.
  • An understanding of statistics and probability preferred
  • An understanding of financial modeling preferred
