  • Assist with planning as well as organize and control activities
  • Participates with developing department goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for the day to day activities in respected borough.
  • Make sure staff follow proper IT policies and take action as necessary.
  • Manage Staff in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Manage work assignments/rotations, staffing needs and backup for absentee employees.
  • Maintain and update inventory, active directory and documentation for respected borough.
  • Implement day-to-day system support to clients and users.
  • Coordinate technology guidelines with IT Director.
  • Coordinate staffing & scheduling.
  • Assist with recruitment of new hires.
  • Perform other duties as assigned







  • Minimum a High School diploma is required but Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Must have three years of relevant IT experience.
  • A broad knowledge in computer hardware, network systems and various software (Windows Servers and AD, Microsoft Office, Communication Technology.)
  • Must have good interpersonal relations, and written communications skills.
  • Aptitude for leadership skills ability to influence peers and clients with the confidence to explain complex concepts clearly and ability to accept a significant level of responsibility and accountability.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs and sit or stand for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work off hours at least twice a month.
