  • Comprehend the company’s concept, strategy and values
  • Lead all aspects of technology strategy and roadmap development, management of components of both capital and operating budget, growth of strategic technology partnerships, and oversee all key technology programs in support of the Corporate Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, Legal, Audit, and Real Estate teams
  • Work alongside SVP to behave as a consultant to department heads, such as Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, Audit, Procurement, Real Estate, Operations, and Digital Operations, to recognize, prioritize and execute technology solutions in support of business strategy
  • Create, champion and implement vision, strategy, standards, processes, and procedures to be used across the enterprise, in the delivery of key corporate technology initiatives and service offerings
  • Operate as a thought leader and technical expert, providing process and delivery expertise, managing key stakeholders, and acting as a positive disruptor by reinforcing a transformation culture
  • Identify opportunities and risks to delivering TS services, including identification of opportunities for innovation, and assessment of obstacles and technical hurdles to the business success
  • Evaluate and identify appropriate technology platforms for delivering the company’s services
  • Assist in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved, risks are managed appropriately, and the organization’s resources are used responsibly
  • Execute on key business technology programs in partnership with Corporate/Divisional engagement leads
  • Direct, lead and mentor teams and vendor partners responsible for evaluating new technology and managing the design, implementation, integration modernization, and support of the company’s financial systems, HR platforms, and other critical enterprise business tools




  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or comparable experience
  • At least 10 years of increasingly appropriate experience in technology management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role with direct technical responsibility of cross-divisional corporate systems (i.e. Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Procurement, etc.)
  • Finance ERP, predominantly with Oracle suite of products (Oracle E-Business Suite)
  • HRIS, primarily with Workday
  • Expense management, ideally with Concur Solutions
  • Payroll management, ideally with Ceridian or ADP
  • Workforce management, ideally with Ceridian
  • Proven understanding and management of cloud and SaaS applications, integrations, infrastructure and vendors
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully transforming enterprise business processes that touch multiple disciplines, including implementation of new software, hardware, and operating models
  • Experience installing and leading the adoption of best practice processes, methods, and technologies
