Lead Generation Specialist/Outbound Call Agent

Responsibilities

 

  • Perform outbound cold-calling to connect with contacts and companies from a variety of sources
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing activity
  • Develop prospects into prospective clients by effectively communicating a value proposition tailored to their needs
  • Qualify and Identify prospect needs by leveraging key contacts and determining organization’s decision making & buying process
  • Transition qualified lead to sales team for further follow up
  • Effectively utilize lead qualification process as well as document sales information in CRM
  • Maintain weekly reports for management on customer communication progress
  • Seize opportunities and achieve daily appointments-setting goals
  • Work under general supervision, but a high degree of initiative and creativity
  • Build positive relationships with all prospects and staff members
  • Manage routine and unscheduled tasks in an efficient and organized manner

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 6 + months experience in a call center or similar outbound activity environment
  • Superior level of written & verbal communication skills
  • The ability and willingness to follow a proven process
  • Ability to deliver high-level customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively while remaining organized
