Role Overview:
The Investor Relations Associate will serve as a key point of contact for investor inquiries and support the CEO, CFO, and Investor Relations team with quarterly earnings calls, investor events, property tours, presentations, and more. This is an excellent opportunity to engage directly with the investment community.
Compensation: $125,000.00 – $250,000.00 + bonus
Location: Westchester County, New York
Responsibilities for the Investor Relations Associate include:
- Field investor inquiries and address questions appropriately
- Assist with quarterly earnings calls (scripts, Q&A prep, etc.)
- Support the CEO with the annual shareholder letter
- Lead coordination of investor events and meetings
- Create visually compelling investor presentation decks
- Travel to 3-5 large conferences plus property tours annually
- Actively participate in NYC investor events
Qualifications of the Investor Relations Associate include:
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably with a focus in finance, mathematics, marketing or data analysis
- 3-5+ years of investor relations, project management or client services experience
- Real estate investment experience a plus
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math skills and familiarity with basic accounting
- Exceptional analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and presentation tools
- Proven ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to travel for conferences, events and property tours
