  • Proactively prospect & position China & the company’s products versus competitor funds through office-based sales role, with possibility to travel throughout territory sporadically
  • Handle team calendar by transitioning client calls into face-to-face conferences for outside sales & coordinating follow-up methods to help close business as a team
  • Utilize Salesforce to maintain a CRM database with client documentation ensuring accurate and complete records
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of capital markets, asset allocation/portfolio construction, and competitive landscape




  • At least 2 years of Business Development experience at a well-known asset management company or professional services group
  • BA/BS degree needed, preferably in Finance and/or Economics
  • Superb MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Base level knowledge of capital markets and financial services industry a must
  • A high level of professionalism and diligence
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM
  • Familiarity with HTML a plus
  • Series 7 & 63 required or must be obtained no later than 90 days after hire date
  • Clean U-4
