Institutional Client Service Analyst

Responsibilities

 

  • Work with SME groups across the firm (comprised of portfolio management, product management, compliance, legal, risk, finance, middle office operations and HR) to react to ad-hoc and frequent client requests
  • Complete requests for proposals (RFP), requests for information, operational due diligence questionnaires and ad hoc requests on portfolio analytics from prospective and existing investors
  • Develop and maintain a database for due diligence requests and investor questionnaires
  • Create, update and disseminate client reports and marketing materials
  • Assist with and participate in client meetings including the preparation of agendas, coordination of participants, and customization of materials
  • Support strategic projects for new business development initiatives across the firm

 

Requirements

 

  • 2-5 years of experience in financial services required preferably at an asset manager or bank
  • Background or understanding of Fixed Income and Credit investment strategies as well as their relevant operating, performance and risk metrics
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills to work as part of a service-oriented group
  • Detail-oriented and a natural problem solver with the resolve to independently research problems and offer solutions
  • Ability to work with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail
