Inside Sales Manager

Responsibilities

 

  • Offer one-on-one instruction to Inside Sales team participants on selling, internal communication and coordination, pipeline management and diabetes understanding.
  • Champion change – successfully employ wider organizational alterations at the department level with help from departmental leadership.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations for the Inside Sales team. Make Sure team is driven and enabled to achieve sales success.
  • Define, manage and implement enhancements to processes and systems to refine the Inside Sales operations.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Manage inside Sales quality program, conducting quality audits and calibration of quality scoring with leadership team.
  • Handle escalations and more complex Customer complaints and/or inquiries.
  • Ensure adherence to Regulatory, Quality, Finance and accreditation standards.
  • Review financial targets and responsible for working with field Sales to meet or exceed goals.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in an inside sales or contact center atmosphere.
  • Prior supervisory / leadership experience necessary.
  • Strong background in sales and call center supervision that promotes industry best practices and standards including contact center metrics, workforce management, service quality management and knowledge management
  • Experience in a medical or health related environment, ideally diabetes, is preferred
  • Customer Service experience in a medical or health related environment is preferred.
  • Knowledge of diabetes and experience supporting patients with diabetes is preferred.
  • Experience providing remote support, particularly in a regulated environment
