Immigration Paralegal

Boston, MA



  • Schedule review and handle visa expirations.
  • Collaborate with attorneys to enhance client management and process management.
  • Preparation and/or delegation of H-1B, J-1, L-1, O-1, TN, E-1/E-2, EB-1, and other types of NIV and IV petitions.
  • Preparation and oversight of PERM labor certification cases.
  • Proactive consideration of all stages of the case.




  • Bachelor’s Degree needed.
  • 5+ years of business immigration experience mandatory; experience in a law firm establishment ideal.
  • Exceptional client service.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly get up to speed and master new applications and software is critical.
