Responsibilities

 

  • Helping with payroll processing as well as acting as back up for the Payroll & Benefits Specialist
  • Aiding the transition from Paycom to ADP
  • Assisting with benefits administration including mid-year employee changes, open enrollment and recurrent employee questions related to benefit plans
  • Preserving the HRIS and troubleshooting login issues
  • Assisting the department with recruiting process and maintaining the ATS; manage interview scheduling between hiring managers/candidates/staffing firms
  • On-boarding new hires and ensuring all required documents are received and compliance items are finished; offboarding existing employees
  • Responding to all audit requests throughout the year including but not limited to SOX, Worker’s Comp and 401(k) audits
  • Dealing with all logistics, communications and creation of materials for summer internship program

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Payroll processing experience
  • ADP Workforce Now experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, attentive to detail, and capable of handling several tasks independently and simultaneously
