Responsibilities

 

  • Work closely with internal clients on performance management, team composition/structural design, the compensation planning/process, employee relations, and global mobility
  • Talent Management/Performance Management: Contribute to the refinement, expansion, and enhancement of the overall talent strategy including performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and training initiatives.
  • Incorporate talent & performance data into compensation and advisory with an objective to recognize and retain strong performers.
  • Partner with the Head of Talent Strategy on firm wide succession planning and senior leadership development.

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 6-9 years of HR Generalist experience preferably within Financial Services and/or Commodities business with a robust background in aiding and executing talent management programs.
  • Proven capacity to develop rapport with crucial stakeholders
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
