Responsibilities

 

  • Design new and modify existing Cognos Reports pertaining to all aspects of the employee life cycle.
  • Run HR monthly separations, open jobs, newsletter- new hires, promotions, anniversaries; EEOC, ACA, monthly/quarterly reports and other various reports as required.
  • Assist in creating month-end, quarterly and ad-hoc reports upon request
  • Manage and collect data from various systems (ATS, HRIS, Time Keeping, Payroll, etc.) and provide HR Analytics to HR and senior leadership staff.
  • Provide trends analysis, KPI’s, risk and reconciliation reports.
  • Responsible for reconciling position control numbers from all Trackers and Unicorn.
  • Assists in implementation/testing of new and existing HR systems.
  • Create and maintain training documents and assist with end-user training (EAF 2.0, Kronos, ICIMS)
  • Help maintain data integrity in systems by running various report
  • Provide backup support for EAF processing
  • Assist with troubleshooting and responding to HRIS emails and general inquiries
  • Assist in building file formats for the company and other integrations with new systems

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
  • 3 years of HRIS/Reporting experience
  • Cognos report writing, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical/auditing and process management skills
  • Understanding of HR concepts and processes (Benefits, LOA, Recruitment, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate sensitive information in a professional and confidential manner
