HRIS Analyst

Responsibilities

 

  • Provides production support for HR systems and related procedures. Troubleshoots production issues and develops and implements remedies and supports data integrations with other systems, partnering with IT, where necessary.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to understand their functional requirements and create moderately complex queries / reports to support business needs regarding employee data and related information.
  • Able to write and run ad hoc queries/reports with a quick turnaround.
  • Write, maintain and support a variety of HR reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing needs. Help maintain HR data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.
  • Able to demonstrate critical thinking, ability to analyze and translate large amounts of data.
  • Ensure data integrity including quality, accuracy, security, and usability of employee data and related interfaces by implementing adequate processes and controls. Maintain documentation for all systems changes, modifications and enhancements. Ensures compliance with applicable SOX controls.
  • Knowledge of file transfer protocols (SFTP and HTTP) and encryption software.
  • Must be confident to work independently and be resource to others, as well as be a strong team player.
  • Thrives working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously with efficiency and accuracy

 

Requirements

 

  • Five to seven years of experience in HRIS and Human Resources; demonstrated project management experience.
  • Experience with designing and developing HR related queries and reports.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering business requirements and writing functional specifications
  • Advanced proficiency with PeopleSoft HRMS with strong understanding of HRIS database design, structure, data integrity, analytics and audit functions and processes.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Products: Excel and Access
