HR Operations Manager

  • Allocate people resources across changing volumes of a menu of people services.
  • Provide managerial direction and delegation of tasks to team members for execution of administrative tasks and special projects across the People Solutions Team.
  • Coach and develop People Experience team members.
  • Oversee onboarding process including background checks, I-9 verification and HRIS record creation.
  • Act as liaison between internal employment counsel and people strategy leaders to ensure proper processing of all immigration documents. Manage the process for collection and management of immigration documentation.
  • Oversee the administration of relocation and global mobility programs and policies.
  • Collaborate closely with our internal People Teams as well as key stakeholders in payroll, accounting, finance, and technology.
  • Establish accountability, consistency, and ownership for optimum service delivery.
  • Drive the creation and execution of the People Experience strategy in partnership with People COEs and Employment Law.
  • Liaise with COE points of contact to translate design principles into employee-facing services.
  • Collaborate with People Systems & Analytics Team to optimize technology and systems to streamline transactional / repeatable processes.
  • Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and security of employee data in accordance with local and international data privacy laws and standards.
  • Work closely with Advice & Guidance and internal employment counsel to ensure policies and procedures are up-to-date and in compliance with employment laws.
  • Prepare and submit annual EEO-1, 1095 C-Filing, and VETS-4212 reports.
  • Develop and assemble information and analysis for regulatory audits.
  • Partner with People COEs and People Strategy Leaders for effective delivery and support quick adoption of the shared services model.
  • Improve employee and manager experience of key people transactions.




  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in people operations, shared services, process improvement, or a related field
  • Working knowledge of the employee journey and its touchpoints between COEs, such as hiring, onboarding, mobility, employee transfers, and terminations
  • Experience coaching and developing others in a team lead capacity
  • Experience leading development of and maintaining standard operating procedures, process maps, compliance documentation and/or HR compliance
