Responsibilities

 

  • Produce job description content, according to expected weekly production rates
  • Source job description content using a variety of internal and external content reference sources
  • Validate that written Job description content is anchored in established market benchmarks

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience writing job descriptions
  • Financial Services and Technology experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience using job leveling criteria methodologies
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with an understanding of how to properly source and reference relevant content
  • Excellent writing skills
