Responsibilities

 

  • Providing leverage and an effective HCM advisory service to company Leadership and global employees across talent management, employee relations, performance and career development processes and HCM administration (i.e., HR policies)
  • Identifying and leading effective talent management initiatives, including mid-year and annual review processes and quarterly talent discussions with company Leadership with a particular focus on investing in the Associate population
  • Driving global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies in partnership with company Leadership and key stakeholders
  • Managing employee relations in a proactive and effective manner
  • Ability to think strategically about developing and executing upon special projects and additional responsibilities as they arise
