HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

 

  • Maintains non-employee data entry requirements
  • Verifies data and processes corrections where necessary
  • Obtains further information for incomplete staffing records
  • Responsible for the integrity and accuracy of the data
  • Contacts managers to ensure correct data/content per non-employee policy
  • Support with special projects as needed

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience required.
  • STRONG Human Resource operations skills
  • STRONG technical skills
  • Office experience is preferred
  • Microsoft Suite (emphasis on strong excel skill), strong technical skills
