HR Business Partner

Responsibilities

 

 

  • Supports HRBPs and Managers on the Performance Management programs and annual year end compensation cycle, to ensure decisions are consistent with LOB principles & talent strategies
  • Responsible for reporting and analysis to support year end processes including but not limited to compensation cycle, performance management, and promotion reviews
  • Work with Managers to coordinate the creation of requisitions with HR Operations & Recruiting and ensure LOB process is being adhered to.
  • Working with HRBP, oversee and coordinate Career Progression review and approval process for assigned area.
  • Serve as a point of contact on HR questions and issues raised by LOB managers and HR Centers of Knowledge.
  • Work with HRBP and managers to review job descriptions and complete job evaluations in partnership with Compensation Specialist, as needed.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferred.
  • Min 3 years of relevant Human Resources experience
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required
  • Reporting and analysis skills
  • Strong detail orientation Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Knowledge of Human Resources functions and processes
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills
  • Some experience developing, building and maintaining strong business partnerships
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Experience working with HR Systems, Workday preferred
