  • Bachelor’s degree required with preference for a business-related degree
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience required; preferably in a financial services environment
  • Prior exposure or experience in human resources preferred
  • Accounting background, or office management experience, also considered
  • Very strong technical skills, especially Excel formulas and Word
  • Requirements include ability to work with and analyze data; perform mail merges and file uploads, database management, payroll processes and/or HRIS
  • Familiarity with viaPeople is a plus
  • Flexible, able to switch gears quickly
  • Client service oriented; comfortable interacting with team members across all levels
