Role Overview – HR Administrator:
Join a dynamic Shared Service Human Resources team as a Human Resources Administrator. In this role, you will administer payroll and benefits across multiple jurisdictions, support recruiting and compensation functions, and participate in HR-related change programs for several growing financial services entities..

Compensation: $125,000.00 – $150,000.00 + bonus
Location: New York City Metropolitan Area Hybrid (4 days in office / 1 day remote and some weeks 3 days in office / 2 days remote)

Responsibilities as the Human Resources Administrator include:
•    Administering multiple domestic and international payrolls with various deadlines, auditing payroll information for accuracy, and reconciling discrepancies
•    Documenting and owning all operational aspects of payroll, including entering employee expenses for reimbursement, ensuring proper approvals, contribution uploads, payroll reporting/documentation, and processing vendor invoices
•    Maintaining YTD schedules of total earnings and employer contributions to facilitate accurate reporting, compensation analysis, and input into the annual bonus cycle
•    Developing and maintaining procedural documentation for payroll processes, employee expense reimbursements, and compensation processes
•    Responding to employee payroll inquiries, troubleshooting where needed, and facilitating resolutions
•    Maintaining accurate employee payroll data within multiple PEO platforms and developing reporting templates for routine requests
•    Developing payroll schedules to ensure timely payment of supplemental and deferred compensation
•    Serving as the point of contact for ad hoc reporting for audit, finance, accounting, and internal partners
•    Assisting with compensation analysis and year-end compensation statements
•    Assisting with international payroll-related projects, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations

Requirements for the Human Resources Administrator include:
•    Bachelor's degree in a related field
•    At least 5-15 years of experience processing multi-state US payroll with knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations
•    Exposure to processing payroll in international jurisdictions like Europe and Asia
•    Experience partnering with third-party vendors and PEOs
•    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and highly adept at working with technology
•    Benefits knowledge or experience working closely with benefits is a plus
•    Excellent discretion in handling confidential information and responding to requests
•    Service-oriented approach that balances high expectations for accuracy with timely delivery of requests
