Responsibilities

 

  • Oversight and management of the Client Services Team
  • Providing leadership to ensure we provide the best client service to our solutions clients
  • Liaison with global sales and investments to guarantee our offerings constantly develop
  • Providing solid thought leadership to guarantee that we present ourselves in the best possible light
  • Oversee the creation of materials, RFPs and guaranteeing rapid and correct responses to queries
  • Proactive identification of areas that can be enhanced in our client offering
  • The prioritization of work and distribution of resources across New York and London
  • Project work management and execution to guarantee the continual development of our capabilities
  • Quality Control framework and delivery
  • Team Career development

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience of working in a client facing role.
  • Recognizes the needs of clients and is familiar with how best to support them
  • Capability to interact with and comfortable with influencing people from all areas of the business and all levels of seniority
  • Past involvement of financial services, preferably with a strong understanding of alternatives (hedge funds preferred). Must be credible with investment staff.
  • Outstanding knowledge of best practice in the preparation of materials, RFPs
  • Ability to prioritize across multiple projects
  • Stakeholder management skills to support internal stakeholders, clients and sales
