  • Dedicated marketing and investor relations professional with established relationships in the single- and multi-family office, endowment, pension and corporate communities
  • Full ownership of the marketing and fundraising process with full support of the firm’s partners; reporting directly to the management committee
  • Source new investor opportunities; coordinate all investor and prospect meeting schedules and road trips
  • Attend investor events and general investor conferences
  • Coordinate quarterly and semi-annual investor letters, update marketing materials monthly and otherwise manage LP communications
  • Maintain and leverage the Firm’s existing contacts and relationships
  • Maintain client and prospective client status/progress/contribution list; report progress frequently and in an organized manner to the management committee
  • Manage periodic calls/meetings with clients
  • Together with the firm’s COO, manage all aspects of the closing process







  • Excellent academic credentials, career pedigree and continuity
  • Long-term time horizon, the position encompasses both investor relations and marketing/fund raising
  • Strong writing, organizational and presentation skills
  • 5+ years of Marketing, Fundraising & Investor Relations experience for a private fund, preferably hedge funds or long-only
  • Entrepreneurial, self-directed and a strategic business builder within a collaborative setting
  • Knowledge of, and experience with, CRM systems
  • Strong relationships with Consultants, Family Offices, Pensions, Corporates
  • Some exposure to private equity purchasers and/or funds with private investments, as well as managers with multiple funds/products is a positive
  • Willingness to travel: conferences, industry events, client service trips
  • Create, enhance, manage and own Marketing & Fundraising collateral and content as well as IR materials and deliverables
